You can only register as a participant or as a so-called „Participant XXL” as a member of a Ten Sing group. The group leader will register his group and be the designated contact person with the Festival Office.
Registration is a 5-step process.
Step 1: Reservations
Rerservation is available since September 2010. For secured reservations booked before January 31, 2011 you will receive the Early Bird discount. Reservations can be made electronically or through hard copy.

Step 2: Payment
The reservation is only valid upon receipt of payment.
Step 3: Forward Information about Group Participants
For purposes of lodging and meals, the Festival Office has to receive information about the Group participants. The Festival Office will ask you for this information starting in January 2011. The deadline for submission of this information is June 30, 2011. We will not be able to provide lodging for any group that has failed to provide participant information by this deadline.
Step 4: Sign Ups for Group Concert
Register for a group concert starting January 1, 2011. (optional)
Step 5: Booking Your MOVin’ Out Day Activity
Book your MOVin‘ Out Day activity between the 1st of May and 30th of June.

Special Circumstances
Participants from Norway:
Groups from Norway have to register through their national association. Please refer to the website of the Norwegian YMCA/YWCA.
Individual participants:
Participants under the age of 18 can only register as a member of a group. The Festival Office will be happy to inform you of groups that have already registered that you can join.
Participants 18 and older can register themselves as a small group.
Participant XXL
Do you want a cheaper festival experience? Are you willing to help out? Through Participant XXL programme we offer you this opportunity. You commit yourself to help out in important positions for a total of roughly 12 hours during the Festival. It could be serving food, manning a kiosk, helping out in the lodgings or with grounds clean up. Perhaps every day for 2 hours, or 2 days for 6 hours, a team will assign tasks to you and explain what`s to do. But will still be plenty of time to experience the Festival. MOVin’ Out Day is a free day for all participants. Volunteering to help will not interfere with your group’s performance time. It is also possible that individual participants from a group can choose Participant XXL status.
The number of Participant XXL tickets is limited to 500. First Come – First Served! Book early to reserve your spot!
