For one day of the festival, all participants are given a golden opportunity to think outside the box and explore the region outside the festival boundaries. This means you will choose from attractive array of activities involving sports, fun, adventure, and culture, and have the chance to get to know Germany a little bit better.
You might want to try out a new sport, discover culture and history in the famous university town of Marburg, visit Europe’s largest hillside park in Kassel (highly recommended), go shopping, or simply enjoy a relaxing day at the lake. The Festival Office has planned an exciting programme for your enjoyment.
The point of this day is to be “On the Go”. From breakfast until evening, the Festival Grounds will be closed.
