For one day of the Festival, all participants will be given a golden opportunity to think outside the box and explore the region outside the Festival boundaries. This means you will choose from an attractive array of activities including sports, sightseeing and outings , and have the chance to get to know Germany a little bit better. The point of this day is to be “On the Go”. From breakfast until evening, the festival grounds will be closed.
You have to assign all of your participants to MOVin’ Out activities. You can split up your group to separate activities; each sub-group will have to be accompanied by you or a deputy leader. The sub-group leaders must carry a working mobile phone with them at all times during the MOVin’ Out day.
You do not have to tell us exactly which of your participants is participating in which activity; we only care about the numbers. You and your deputy leaders must make sure that the correct number of participants will join their excursion groups.
Most activities don’t require additional payment. If so it is mentioned in the description.
Please note that due to practical reasons the number of participants per activity is limited . It’s first come first serve! You may only register if we have received your payment. If you have any questions, please contact the festival office.
Registered groups may choose the activies at http://my.ets2011.eu
