The ETS Festival’s theme is MOVin!
We live in a world of constant change.
What is today is different from what was yesterday and what is tomorrow.
We are on a constant move.
What I am today is different from who I was yesterday and what I will be tomorrow.
God is constant.
God is today what He was yesterday, and He will be the same tomorrow.
MOVin! is the theme for the ETS Festival 2011 in Ziegenhain, Germany. The theme makes a declaration about the world we live in: nothing is still, everything is moving, everything is in motion. Our lives are constantly changing because of different experiences and people we meet. The world is changing. Global warming makes the world a different place to live, globalization makes the world smaller. These changes can be good or bad, happy or sad.
While we are moving, there is something that doesn’t move – God. Even though we change, God remains the same. If we let God move in in our lives then we also let some of His eternity be a part of ourselves.
